I have been hearing that there is a shortage of men out there.
Being the benevolent saint that I am, I suggested to the wife that it would be only fair and proper that I took a second wife. (A recently divorced friend of hers came to mind)
I pointed out the obvious benefits- increased income, pooling of resources, economising on expenses such as power & phone. I even offered to secure the services of a maid ( given our increased income to offset the additional work created by two more children.
Selling up both our houses would enable us to by one much larger and nicer property and of course we would need a larger master bedroom!
Such proposals usually result in a reply involving sex and travel* , but see seemed to be looking at this proposal favorably!
Now the hard part- convincing the other party!
* Feck off

Was it a deliberate or Freudian slip when you described the recently divorced "fiend"?
If the wife is up for it, you know there is a downside.
And it's not really sex when you are traveling on your own...
I must learn to push the spellcheck BEFORE posting (although a fiend would slip through!)
The 'this is to good to be true' test would no doubt ruin my fantasy...
It looks like a sound well thought out idea to me.
Have you considered the two mothers in law aspect?
One local- non-interfering (current)
one many miles away- and wealthy!
Then I see no obstacles.
The downside that springs to my mind, is when the wife decides to enlarge the happy family by inviting some other male to join the party [only for the purposes of increasing disposable income, of course - although other benefits may occur to her in due course......]
Think about the devastating effect of "rag week". One is bad enough but two with synchronised bitch slapping....[shudder]
the proposition sounds good in theory but reality is perhaps a little scary.
Rumuor has it that women tend to synchronise cycles when living together, raising the question: is it better to have the "doubble whammy" aka, one week of total torture, or have half a month where it's all your fault?. Perhaps you could test this theory, and so enlighten other males on the pro's & con's of said course of action
Been there, done that and it all turned to shit within a month or two.
(mind you, the times were--um--"interesting" up until that point)
The comment at 9.52pm Oswald was one of your worst attempts yet to get me into bed with you.
Always a proponent of the idea that wife means washing, ironing, fucking etc...
I have an aversion to washing and ironing so am free to handle the fucking and the etc.
It's always the ones though that wash and iron that are not happy with the idea of the fucking and the etc. I am delighted to encourage the washing and ironing ones as long as they do mine as well.
Boyfriend of mine (married) claims to have invented a theory that a woman's brain is half housework and half sex and problems only occur when a woman does too much housework and that part of the brain encroaches on the other. The theory works fine in reverse although the house may get messy.
The 9.52pm was about the location of mother-in laws!
And around here, current thinking is that Washing, Ironing and Fuicking are cities in China...
Reality is starting to tear down my fantasy!
Actually- my writing is starting to intrude into my dull reality again!
...................mmmmmmmmmmmmmhhnnnnn C Kate. Sound like my kinda girl.
Actually it stands for Washing, Ironing, Feeding & Entertainment.
Fucking would be under the entertainment heading.
