Leaving little to the imagination

Somehow I found my way here:

Aren't you glad that there are those out there that make you seem so normal!

Napier naughty weekend

I'm off to Napier for the long weekend.

Anyone know of good resturants or sights to see?- apart from the aquarium- that is the one thing I have seen!

First child-free weekend away in nine years!

Now watch the copycats

"A 23-year-old Auckland mother who lost 45kg in eight months by drinking nothing but energy drink Red Bull says she has ongoing health problems because of the diet.

Brooke Robertson told the Herald on Sunday she shrank from 105kg to 60kg drinking nothing but 10 to 14 cans a day, often accompanying them with nothing more than a handful of dry Honey Puffs..."

OK, wait for all the copycat twits who will try to copy this despite the clear warning:

"...Ms Robertson said she managed to keep her addiction secret from family and friends, and did not recover from it until after a two-week stay in hospital following a minor heart attack.

"I managed to wean myself off it by being in hospital for that long but I had severe withdrawals – sweating, nausea, shaking. It was an addiction. The doctors stated that..."

Anything but a bit of willpower and discipline!

Whats' a heart attack if you look pretty!

Drink driving and recidivism in general

"The Dominion Post reported police figures showed that nearly 36,000 drink-driving offences were recorded last year the highest on record. The number has been increasing steadily since 2002, when just under 23,500 offences were recorded..."

So I think we can call the megabucks spent on ad campaigns a failure and to some degree the attempts at policing this problem we have.

I say 'WE' because when some pissed twat smashes into you, it becomes very much YOUR problem. I got hit at 0730 on a Sunday morning, so it's not just a late night problem either.

The problem is the small percentage of the population that just couldn't give a shit- about anything other than gratifying whatever urge hits the bit of gristle that failed to evolve into a brain.

The 'What to do' is the hard part. Hard in that there has to be a paradigm shift in dealing with recidivist criminals.

A case we have heard of so many times is that of the serial drink-driving offender who pushed his luck once too often- like the one here. After four offenses and being indefinetly banned from driving, he proved he HAD LEARNT NOTHING.

So these types- along with other recidivists- need to be removed from society. WE need to be protected from them.

I'm suggesting a radical change in the prison model for this type of offender. Along with the non-violent offenders they are incarcerated in a closed community. They live a 19th century type agricultural existence and it's work or starve.

They don't come out.

UN Condemn Tasers

Had Liarbore and their watermelon buddies remained in power, the police may have been rearming from this site!

Unreliable interlink again

Every time the wind blows here, I have to reboot my modem & router continually.

It's blowing a gale, so that's me for the night!

Pussies!

"A gang fight involving 11 prisoners broke out at Hawke's Bay Prison today.

The fight lasted just over a minute and appeared to have been an incident between the Mongrel Mob and Black Power, Hawke's Bay Prison manager George Massingham said.

It was not known what started the fight, which started just after prisoners were unlocked for the day, Mr Massingham said.

None of the prisoners was seriously injured but some received cuts and bruises..."

So nobody is dead or maimed?

I guess they just aren't very good at fighting.

Let's put them in a sports arena and kit them out with axes, spears, clubs and swords.

Will they get all excited at the prospect or just shit their pants?

Bring back the Colloseum- and seeing as these drug- fueled heros can't mix it up well enough for the circus- bring on the professional gladiators who can carve them up for our viewing pleasure!

a sense of perpective needed

One upside of the hysteria over the treatment of pigs is that my morning bacon may well get cheaper!

It's a pity that the great unwashed don't get so concerned about the 'homes' in which so many NZ kids are 'raised' in and the care THEY recieve...

Not all historic sites seem of value

"Deerstalkers are once again moving to save historic Sayers Hut in the Tararua Ranges, this time from itself.

Back in 2000 a determined deposition of hunters rallied against Department of Conservation plans to get rid of the hut they said failed "safety and sanitary standards".

DOC relented after accepting that the century-old hut was historic and maintained by the hunters themselves..."

Now if this was a pre-European midden, DOC would be falling over themselves to preserve it!

Already they have destroyed dozens, if not hundreds of historic huts throughout New Zealand. The old shanties built by trampers and hunters (at their own expense) have been systematically demolished, to be replaced with souless prefabs.

Can't have overseas tourists staying in a nasty, unsanitary hut- so we have to pay for nice new ones for them. While DOC smash up our heritage.

Sure, some of these huts were rough as guts, but that was part of the deal- before those heading into the hills became of bunch of high-fashion, lycra-clad, wanker tramper landspeed record seekers incapable of lighting a fire, who crap into plastic bags!

Court reforms

The latest talk is about raising the threshold for jury trials.

I would add to that and suggest that we go to professional jurors. There is much to the line that a jury consists of twelve people too stupid to find a good excuse not to be there- or are not worth enough to an employer for him to find one!

Also, we need to get rid of this legal aid/welfare for lawyers nonsense and move to a public defenders office with salaried lawyers.

Another restructuring I suggest is to build courts next to prisons. The time (T=$) taken to transport remand prisoners to and fro for their weekly hearings is phenominal.

Interesting movie

Take a peek at the new Peter Jackson trailer here

Doing what these wankers do best

Wasting OUR money!

Even now that they has been consigned to back of the class, these wanker still continue to do what they do best- squander OUR tax money with this pointless and futile filibustering.

It's a petty, spiteful and a waste of time- and as we know T=$ . A foumula Liarbore have never understood- nor ever will.

In any real world workplace, arsing about like this would not be tolerated.

Why should wasting our money be tolerated?

Frightful Friday Footwear Futility

Tooth removal, colonoscopy and cutting out ingrown toenails.

All of the above are better options than spending an afternoon with a woman looking for a pair of shoes!

For me, it is a dull, mundane task- find something that fits well, is in my price range and doesn't look like a shoe that Ronald McDonald would wear.

For her- it's a whole life-altering experience.

Which has not resulted in anything being purchased as 'nothing was quite right' Did she really expect to find anything other than cheap plastic tat and FMB's- in Masterton!

That's the only upside of the whole friggin' day for me!

Roadkill

"National MP Melissa Lee has issued an unreserved apology for saying a new motorway could stop South Auckland criminals committing crime in Mount Albert.

Prime Minister John Key has criticised the remark as silly but retains confidence in the first-term list MP..."

What exactly was the big frickin' deal?

She clearly said CRIMINALS not SOUTH AUCKLANDERS.

I wouldn't call the remark 'silly'

Saying that the public would be scared to approach an armed policeman- Now THAT is silly!

No wonder so many politicans can only spout fluff with zero content. They have all brought into the PC nonsence of being scared to offend anybody!

If stating a hard fact is having ones foot in ones mouth- then we need more of this. I wish we had a few more plain-speaking types running the show.

Fact is- a hell of a lot of Aucklanders would like to see the bottom-dwellers winding up as roadkill!

For the terminally stupid

Let me make this crystal-clear:

CRIMINALS PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE LAW- NEW ONES OR OTHERWISE

That's why they are C*R*I*M*I*N*A*L*S

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS? (I doubt it as myself and others have been repeating this for years)

Try resourcing the police to enforce the laws we already have (the real ones that have a victim involved)

If frickin' bans worked we would have no illicit drugs in NZ!
