My opinions on matters of the day that, generally, have pissed me off.
Being described as a 'Surly Curmudgeon', by those who meet me on a good day, I have a poor regard for the human species.

I had prepared a long post about deviants, the hijacking of a lovely little word that means merry and happy plus the theft and misuse of the word 'Hero,' but when I read it through before hitting send, I thought that I didn't need to spend the rest of the year fighting law suits, so thought better of it. That's the unfortunate relity these days....... Sad.
Of course you are right, but the fact remains that I may well win on the grounds of honestly held opinion, but the fact also remains, I simply cannot afford to run the risk of a lawsuit that will cost thousands of dollars whether I win or not, when circumspection obviates the risk. You call it lack of balls - I call it financial reality. These scrotes are like greenpeace... Always attack and always appeal anything that doesn't go their way in court.
Not much argument from me there, I can appreciate your caution even if I don't share it. But the offer's there, and I'm willing to publish your opinion. :)

lawsuits? Give the item to me and I'll publish it, Oi. And lawsuits be damned.
If you self-censor out of fear, then they've already won.
If that's the "unfortunate reality" these days, it's only a reality because people lack the cojones to speak up.
