Crime doesn't pay

[Insert Tui ad here]

"Jan Molenaar's partner Delwyn Keefe has been sentenced to 10 months home detention and 280 hours community work on fraud charges, after admitting claiming $130,000 in benefits she was not entitled to..."

That looks like a fairly good hourly rate to me.

Ten months confined to the comfy chair and 280 hours busy-work for 130 grand.

And no reparations.

Who exactly came out with the saying that 'Crime doesn't pay'?
