Das Electoral Finance Act

For those feck-arsed busybody livestock molesters who may wish to interpret otherwise:

I assert that this website is a feckin' blog and I don't make a brass razoo for publishing it, and any views expressed on it by me are my personal political views and under paragraph (g) of Section 5(2) of the Electoral Finance Act, is not an election advertisement.

I further assert that this website is a news media Internet site and that all posts on here are written by me, as the editor, solely for the purpose of informing, enlightening or entertaining readers- mostly to feckin' entertain, and hence also is not an election advertisement under paragraph (d) of Section 5(2) of the Electoral Finance Act.

Now sod off and go back to the rock you crawled from under.

I just put up our notice concerning this at Crusader Rabbit.
Somewhat different to the Kiwi blogs, though....

We at Crusader Rabbit don't give a shit if this blog contravenes any act of parliament which is intended to stifle free political speech, and the statist bastards who rammed this deeply undemocratic bill through can kiss our collective asses.

Is this the Aussie equivalent of the McCain-Feingold Act? Both McCain and Feingold should be hanged by the neck until dead, simultaneously in the nearest public square, and on internation tv, there to remain hanging until carrion strip their bones. As should those responsible in Australia.

The fight against the socialists never stop and know no borders.

Personally, when it comes to what I put on my blog, I sincerely hope that it DOES piss in the leftists' Wheaties.....

Well said, friends, and keep up the good fight.

Gak....my spelling for the new year is even worse than last year.

I'm pleading a long day at work...
...and rapidly encroaching senility.
