Will you landlords EVER learn from this?
I have zero sympathy for landlords if shit happens to their properties, when they let out to anyone that happens along. When they can't be bothered doing a bit of checking up at random hours- hell, try talking to the neighbors!
They have no consideration for the neighbors who have to put up with party houses and the lowlives they attract. They are not continually disturbed by the comings and goings, burnouts, parties, broken glass and thieving- no they live elsewhere!
So when your property gets trashed or burnt out, don't be surprised to see me laughing at your misfortune.
