Heritage in the Village of the Damned- so fake it

Rip down the brick crap and forget about wasting money (ours) restoring it. If you want a brick lookalike- fake it with modern materials.

Quite true Ostable, most of the brick buildings in Christchurch are just cold and vile. But God you should hear them in Christchurch waxing lyrical, pretentious drivel about our 'heritage'. Its coming out of the cracks and silt.
Letters to the paper decribing us as little London, and how ugly derelict old buildings have to be saved at all costs.

Shy do you keep calling Christchurch by that reference? What is your point? It's a very sweet, pretty town, except for the crime rate.

I call it that because it pleases me to do so.

Great movie, by the way. The original.
