I have noticed in the last week, that the standard of driving around here has gone from rock bottom and has started sinking a shaft.
But it's not speeding- it's driving below 80kph on the open road in near perfect conditions. Not only are they slow, but all over the road.
Is there not the income in ticketing slow/inconsiderate drivers?
Thought not...

Too much paperwork, Os.
Strategically position squads of blokes with softball bats who have the power to pull the turtle over and administer a beating in full view of other motorists remains the obvious solution to this issue I feel...
Yeah - There is money in it - inconsiderate use - but its a fixed penalty. Theres more money in waiting for the incensed motorist thats been behind turtle-head for the last 14 miles, to overtake at 15k over the limit.
