Why welcome them to the world of blogging? Why give arseholes like him the time of day?
You don't walk up to the enemy and shake hands- in the real world. To paraphrase General Patton- you grab them by the nose and kick them in the balls! (not the pants- that was the toned down for the press version!)
They delight in deriding and belittling everything you believe in. BE INTOLERANT of them.
Show them no courtesy or fair speech.
They don't deserve any kind of respect. Not one iota of it.
