The still is back in action after a couple of years off. Poteen and Diet Corrosive is a bit easier on the blood sugar levels than beer.Then there is the whole tax thing that makes the home-made product that much more enjoyable!
My Whiskey will never be Laphroaig, but neither will a bunch of shit-eating parasites leech off me every time I open a bottle (as much, anyway). There is no getting away from the GST on my ingredients- but I do what I can.
