I reckon this IS the disaster that Ken Ring foretold.
It was interesting listening to a yank who managed some city rebuilds (on nat radio this afternoon). If he had to have politicians looking over his shoulder he would have declined the job. Smart man.
They need someone sensible like Peter(?) Yelands.
