I ain't dead!
It was somebody else (about 150 meters away) that pushed the 'disconnect' button. Or more correctly- trigger.

No new details available and the scene is still under guard.
A 45yr man died at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head and police aren't looking for anybody.
The local rumour mill is uncharacteristically quiet.
Saw it in today's death notices. Luckily I know your other name.
